LPI is engaged selectively to manage and coordinate complex FF&E procurement scopes involving multiple luxury brands.
- Multi-brand FF&E consolidation (typically 6–15 brands)
- Procurement management and commercial coordination
- Lead-time normalization and risk flagging
- Supplier follow-up and approval tracking
- Logistics coordination (without physical handling of goods)
- Single point of accountability for procurement-related matters
Scope Exclusions
To maintain clarity of responsibility, LPI does not provide the following services:
- Interior design or concept development
- Furniture retail or showroom sales
- Installation or on-site labor
- Warehousing or inventory holding
- Importer-of-record services
- Guaranteed delivery dates
